Returns & Exchanges

At Marioneta, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all fashion tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original Marioneta packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
